The Calcutta Project is an ongoing, long-term, lens-based documentary project documenting the essence of the city and people of Calcutta/Kolkata/কোলকাতা/कलकात्ता in all their idiosyncrasies, eccentricities, contradictions, ambiguities, complexities and absurdities to create a literary and cultural portrait of this epic city.
